Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders over $50.00. For orders below $50, we will charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99. Please note that we cannot arrange delivery to customers outside the US. Please make sure that the address you fill in when placing an order is correct and located in the US.

Processing time: It takes 1-2 working days for us to arrange the delivery from the warehouse after the order is placed.

Shipping Time: The shipped product usually takes 5-8 business days to reach your address.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the logistics time will meet our expectations in all cases. Some special circumstances such as logistics congestion caused by climate and holidays will further extend the logistics time.

When the logistics package is sent out, we will send the corresponding logistics tracking number to your email by email. You can check the Order Tracking page at the bottom of our website to track the logistics progress. When the package is signed for, please confirm whether the package is damaged and whether the product can be used normally as soon as possible. If you find any problems, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange corresponding compensation measures for you according to the situation.
